Building Bridges from # Heart to Heart for a Better Tomorrow

As Starbucks Greece, we are proud to embark on a new journey with the support of the The Starbucks Foundation and Alshaya Group, in partnership with Habitat Association, to empower young people through career readiness and skills development.
Through our global call to “Empower Me”, this program is designed to create long-term, sustainable impact for young people aged 15 to 30, supporting both their social and economic growth.
In the program’s first phase, a Youth Development Summit will bring together 150 volunteer youth ambassadors in Greece. Participants will receive training in key areas such as digital productivity, circular economy, artificial intelligence, and essential 21st-century skills. They will also engage with expert speakers in sessions focused on leadership, communication, and career planning.
In the second phase, youth ambassadors who successfully complete the program will share their knowledge and experiences within their local communities, supported by local institutions. Additionally, an entrepreneurship program will give young innovators the opportunity to develop their business ideas, with top projects gaining access to international entrepreneurship platforms and competitions.
The Empower Me Youth Development Program—implemented in collaboration with universities, youth centers, NGOs, and local organizations across Greece—offers a valuable opportunity for young people to grow, connect, and unlock their full potential. Through this initiative, we aim to prepare the next generation for the future of work and entrepreneurship, strengthening their skills and contributing to a lasting, positive impact on their lives.
