MY STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE SURVEY
Our passion is to create wonderful moments for our guests and brighten up their everyday lives. Our guest experience survey offers you an easy way to engage with us and share your thoughts about your time with us.
Our survey contains a short series of questions about your order and the service you received from our partners (employees) at the store you have visited. Your feedback is anonymous and will be used to help us improve your future visits and share your best moments with our team. We greatly appreciate your time and feedback.
Starbucks has engaged SMG Limited to conduct the survey on our behalf. SMG is a leading Experience Management (XM) provider in the market research industry. The company combines its technology and survey platform with professional services to drive value for companies like us and transform the way we engage with guest feedback.
How it works:
• Place an order When you place an order at the store, you may be randomly selected to participate in our survey. • Take the survey Complete the survey on your smartphone or laptop within 7 days to receive a voucher for participating. • Redeem your voucher Once you’re finished, simply bring the original receipt and survey invitation to the participating store* of your choice and redeem your voucher on your next order.
*All Starbucks stores are participating to the above mentioned procedure besides the ones that are located in airports.
Survey Terms and Conditions
If you were invited to participate in the My Starbucks Experience survey during a visit to one of our stores and completed the survey, you will receive a voucher for your next visit as a thank you. The invitation to participate in the survey is included on the paper receipt for your purchase.
The voucher entitles you to a €5 discount on a transaction total of €10 or more. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, except Starbucks Rewards offers.
The voucher can be redeemed in any of our stores, but not for online orders via Starbucks Delivers.
The voucher is only valid upon completion of the My Starbucks Experience survey. Once the survey is completed, the invitation QR code on the original receipt will be converted into a €5 voucher. The original receipt must be presented when redeeming the voucher.
Only original receipts with a QR code are valid. Photographs, photocopies, or scans are not accepted.
The survey must be completed within 7 days of the date and time printed on the receipt. The voucher is valid for 14 days from the date and time printed on the receipt (and expires one minute before the time printed on the receipt).
Each survey is unique and can only be completed once. Guests can take the survey at a maximum of once per month.
Valid only at Starbucks in Greece besides the stores that are located inside the premises of airports. For a complete list, please click here.

The voucher is non-transferable. No cash alternative.
